Ingredients:
For the batter: 6 medium cooked and mashed potatoes, 1 tbsp garlic powder, green onions, parsley, and salt to taste, 1–1½ tbsp Top That Tater™ seasoning, 5 tbsp cornstarch, mozzarella cubes for filling
For breading: 3 beaten eggs, 300g panko or breadcrumbs
For frying: Oil for deep frying

✨ Cacio e Pepe with Taglierini ✨

Ingredients:
• 200g taglierini
• 50g grated pecorino cheese
• 1 –2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 ladle of pasta cooking water

Preparation:
1️⃣ Cook the taglierini in salted water until al dente. Reserve one ladle of the cooking water.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix pecorino with black pepper, then slowly add the cooking water until it forms a creamy sauce.
3️⃣ Toss the pasta in the sauce until well coated and serve immediately.

🔥 Tip: The fresher the pepper and pecorino, the more intense the magic of this Roman classic!

✨ The holiday season always reminds me of what truly matters — good moments, laughter, and a great wine that turns any meal into a celebration.

Today I prepared a cozy dinner featuring grilled salmon with herb and lemon butter, served with creamy mashed baby potatoes, perfectly paired with Riverstone Chardonnay — an elegant wine with bright citrus notes and a smooth, creamy texture that complements soft and festive flavors beautifully.

🍽️ Full recipe:
Salmon:
2 salmon fillets | salt and pepper | olive oil | butter | minced garlic | lemon juice and zest | parsley | thyme or dill
→ Season the salmon and grill for 3–4 minutes on each side. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter, add garlic, lemon juice and zest, and fresh herbs. Spoon the herb butter over the salmon.

Creamy mashed baby potatoes:
Boil assorted baby potatoes until tender. Mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

Serve the salmon over the mashed potatoes, drizzle with the herb butter, and finish with a touch of fresh parsley.

RECIPE
• Vegan puff pastry
• MyForest Foods MyBacon
• Light tomato sauce
• Coconut oil
• Orange juice + plant milk (for brushing)
• White sesame seeds
• Vegan cheese (for the star)

How to make it:
1. Lightly cook the MyBacon in the skillet.
2. Cut strips of puff pastry and add a thin layer of tomato sauce.
3. Assemble the Christmas trees with MyBacon.

This Capellini Aglio e Olio with is the perfect mix of simplicity and bold flavor 🍝💛

The aroma of garlic sizzling in olive oil… the heat from the chili flakes… the freshness of parsley… everything comes together in minutes and tastes incredible 🤌🔥

📋 Full Recipe
👉 Ingredients:
250g Capellini
100g crushed garlic
A generous amount of olive oil
1 tsp red chili flakes 🌶️
Fresh chopped parsley 🌿
Salt to taste
Grated cheese to finish 🧀

👉 How to make it:
1️⃣ Cook the Capellini in salted water until perfectly al dente.
2️⃣ In a skillet, gently sizzle the garlic in olive oil until golden and aromatic.
3️⃣ Add chili flakes and parsley.
4️⃣ Toss in the Capellini and coat every strand in that flavorful oil.
5️⃣ Finish with grated cheese and serve immediately 😍

🍏🔥 Meet the Smoked Apple Mule — a cozy autumn twist on the classic Mule, layering smoky, sweet, tart, and spicy notes in every sip.

✨ Recipe:
• 45 ml
• 30 ml cinnamon whiskey
• 40 ml fresh green apple juice (mash & strain if fresh)
• Top with ginger beer
• Ice
• Garnish: green apple slice + cinnamon stick (optionally lightly torched for aroma)

How to:
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add mezcal, cinnamon whiskey & apple juice.
