Callos a la Madrileña
The whole preparation and cooking is arduous and for this reason, it is rarely made at home. Most Madrileños eat it as tapas in restaurants for very special occasions.
Filipinos also have a love affair with Callos. There are a few signature dishes served during fiestas and other celebrations and Callos is one of them. We have our own version with the addition of garbanzo beans.
This dish is truly a basket of flavors. 😋
