erewhon grocery haul 🛒🥑 because if you can count on me for one thing, it’s buying the exact same things every single week 😂

including a staple i’ve been loving — Marianne’s Avocado Oil. It’s 100% pure avocado oil with a naturally high 500°F smoke point, so it’s perfect for everything from roasting veggies to cooking up proteins for dinner. Marianne’s products were recently used as the benchmark of 100% pure avocado oil in UC Davis’ recent study and are the only Seed Oil Free Certified avocado oil currently on shelves.

and the best part? you can now find Mariannes Harvest at EREWHON 🤭

Did you know the secret to perfect wings is beef tallow?🍗🔥 That “wait, what’s in these?!” flavor and shatter-crisp skin? That’s the tallow. Ours is Organic, 100% grass-fed and U.S.-sourced (the hard-to-find kind). Fair warning: they vanish fast. 💛

Quick recipe:
• Salt 2 lbs wings, dry-brine uncovered in the fridge 24 hrs.
• Dust with 2 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tsp baking soda.
• Fry in Marianne’s Beef Tallow at 325°F for 6-8 min, rest 10 min.
• Second fry at 375°F for 3-4 min until deep golden and crisp.
• Toss in buffalo, serve with ranch, feed joy! 🏈
