GaiGan "GaiGan," is a brand created by a Thai wife and an American husband(Faalang) who decided to bottle th "GaiGan," is a brand developed by a husband and wife team.

While in the food business we developed this sauce that became a customer favorite. It was requested to accompany our grilled meats, seafood, noodle, rice and soups. It became the bottle on our table, friends and relatives tables etc... If you enjoy a spicy chili sauce with a bit of a sweet and tang, this is for you. Made with fresh red, sun ripened Thai chilies and just a few other non-artificial ingredients to satisfy all of your senses. Please enjoy our sauce and watch for our new product's. GaiGan's first product is a Thai chili Hot Sauce that could be applied to anything that needs a spicy kick. GaiGan's sauce is a great blend of Thai chili peppers and Thai spices. It is a fresh spicy chili taste with a perfect balance of sweet and tang.
