Leona Vicario chose conviction over comfort.
She funded a rebellion. Built a secret network.

Refused to betray her people.

She fought for a free and independent Mexico.

More than two centuries later, we still recognize that spirit in the women who speak up, show up, and never go quietly.

We carry her name. You carry her spirit.

Some spirits are too strong to silence. We named our tequila after one.

Leona Vicario. Journalist. Advocate. Rebel.

She used her voice, influence, and personal fortune to advance the cause of Mexican independence. Gathering intelligence. Carrying secret messages. Refusing to back down.

We carry her spirit in everything we do. Courage. Independence. Resilience.

The spirit behind our name. The reason we pour.
