So, after lots of talking, maybe a little disagreements, and some well planned discussions, my human, Jennifer, has FINALLY given me my own space! Here at Tina's page, we are going to explore the world of gluten free living. My human was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 3 years ago. When she first started that journey, we were miserable!!! We didn't know how to take care of me, what we could eat, or
how would we manage. Fortunately, we met lots of amazing people and have found some kick ass products in our journey. This page is our way to bring awareness to the world of the celiacs and share our yummy (and sometimes not so yummy) adventures with you. I promise not to gross you out. =)
A warning to all my gluten free foodies, celiacs, and other folk:
1. I am NOT a doctor. So, please don't send me any hate mail or blame me for something that happens to your tummy. I only eat the stuff, ok?
2. My human is an odd creature. She has celiac disease, but doesn't seem to have major cross contamination issues. Which is AMAZING for me! However, please use caution when dining out. It's just the common sense thing to do. What works for me may not work for you.
3. I am not a baker or professional cook. So, bear with me in some areas, ok?
