We just opened our door for 3 months — and it’s already time to expand our dream team. If you love good drinks, good food, and good company, we’d love to meet you.
👏What You’ll Do:
As a valued Team Member, you’ll be trained from back kitchen first, and once you master the cooking, then we will have you in the front to train the barista skills facing customers. Once you’re confident working both sides of the store, I’d be happy to support your growth into a larger operational role.
🍵Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Prepare teas and toppings by following recipes
2. Properly communicate with the storefront and ensure a continuous supplies at all times
3. Keep the cooking equipment clean (teapots and stencils)
4. Opening or closing the back kitchen. (we closed the door at 10 pm)
5. It‘s a plus if you can help to create fun and engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories, etc.) to share our community and shop vibes online
