Air Fryer Lettuce-Wrapped Cheeseburgers

Low-Carb • High-Protein • Quick & Healthy

🥗 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

For the patties:

500g ground beef (or ground chicken)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

For assembling:

4–6 large lettuce leaves (iceberg or romaine)
2–3 cheese slices (cheddar works great)
1 tomato (sliced)
½ onion (sliced)

Healthy sauce (optional):

3 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Patties
In a bowl, mix ground meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Divide into equal portions and shape into burger patties
2. Air Fry the Patties
Preheat air fryer to 180°C
Place patties in the basket (don’t overcrowd)
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway
3. Add Cheese
In the last 1–2 minutes, place cheese slices on top
Let it melt perfectly
4. Make the Sauce
Mix yogurt, mustard, garlic powder, and salt
Chill for better taste
5. Assemble the Burger
Use lettuce leaves as your “bun”
Add patty, tomato, onion, and sauce
Wrap and enjoy!
