"🤎✨ Biscoff Cream Icebox Cake — creamy, dreamy, NO-BAKE. ☕
The viral Biscoff cake that's been all over your feed. Layers of Lotus Biscoff biscuits, fluffy cream cheese filling, and a thick pour of melted Biscoff spread on top. No oven. No mixer drama. Just chill and slice.
You'll need:
🍪 2 packs Lotus Biscoff biscuits
🥛 2 cups heavy whipping cream
🧀 250g cream cheese
🍬 1/2 cup sugar
🤎 3/4 cup Biscoff spread (melted)
How to make it:
1️⃣ Arrange Biscoff biscuits tightly in a rectangular tray
2️⃣ Press flat into an even base
3️⃣ Whip cream cheese, sugar, and cream until silky
4️⃣ Continue folding until thick and airy
5️⃣ Spread a generous layer over the biscuits
6️⃣ Smooth and repeat with another biscuit layer
7️⃣ Pour melted Biscoff spread on top
8️⃣ Add whole biscuits, chill 4+ hours, slice 🍰
