Olives are here!!

It’s a lighter harvest this year. A few of the trees decided to sit this season out, but the ones that did fruit came through with some seriously beautiful olives. Small crop, big personality.

These are headed straight for the mill to become our estate extra virgin olive oil: bright, bold, and loaded with flavor. We can’t wait to share this year’s oil with you soon!

Harvest is over and the days feel different now. The time has changed, vines are shifting color, leaves are starting to fall, and even with plenty left to do, we’re finally getting a quiet minute to just watch the sun go down over the vineyard.
