Our inaugural Cajun Shrimp Boil is coming to Demetria!
Join us on Sunday, July 12, as Chef Melissa of Clean Slate Wine Bar brings a true taste of her Louisiana roots to the Santa Ynez Valley. Guests will gather around long communal tables as steaming pots of wild Gulf shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes are poured out feast-style, just as they would be at a traditional Cajun seafood boil.
Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with friends, cool wine flowing, hands covered in seasoning, shells piling high, and a DJ spinning Louisiana tunes, this is the kind of summer gathering that was made for Demetria.
