Chumash Farms Local Raw Honey Stocked in Farmstand Daily. First come first served. NCTC has leased land to start Chumash Farms, our organic farm.

The Northern Chumash Tribal Council is looking at thriveability through working within the community. Chumash Farms operates an all natural farm, growing strawbearries, utilizing the most advanced agricultural process - greenhouse hydroponics/aeroponics - growing plants in air. These modern methods use less that 10% of the water and land used in typical farms.

nd we hope to establish a teaching farm to advance eco-friendly, natural agriculture here and around the globe. The Northern Chumash Tribal Council will be self-reliant through agriculture and businesses in our community and not from a casino. NCTC is not looking for Federal recognition, we are not waiting for anyone to give us anything. We understand that if we work together with common goals we will be able to achieve our vision. Strawberries are an excellent source of antioxidant-promoting vitamin C and manganese. They are also a very good source of dietary fiber, iodine, and folate. Plus, strawberries are a good source of copper, potassium, biotin, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B6, and omega-3 fatty acids.
