Vigil’s Beef Jerky We are an artisan beef jerky producer in ABQ, NM. Today, over 20 years later we are still holding true to Charlie’s goal.

We make and manufacture jerky that melts in your mouth & is made with quality beef and fresh local ingredients that are hand mixed to perfection, giving it the old fashioned home made taste of Carne Seca. Founded in 2000 by Charlie Vigil, who’s goal was to produce the very best beef jerky possible with the finest natural ingredients.

Some things just don’t need fixing.

Good beef. A little seasoning. Time to dry it right.

That’s natural beef jerky—the kind that keeps things simple and lets the beef do the talking.

Rooted in tradition. Made for the road.
And still damn good one bite at a time. 🥩

Honestly, we may not have a masterpiece here… but we definitely have a bag worth fighting over. 👀 🔥

That deep, savory bite with just enough heat to make you go back for another. New Mexico knows what it’s doing.

This one doesn’t stay in the bag for long.
