Had requests for the homemade mac recipe… here it is! I use Cavatappi because they’re easier for my kids to eat with a fork and we think they are fun 😆

The two secrets to homemade mac: the sharpest cheddar you can find in brick form; absolutely no pre-shredded cheese and a little ground mustard.

If you're wanting to stock up on whole cut birds or retail style cuts, June 3rd is the time to do it! Our processor does not always guarantee ability to cut birds during the Thanksgiving season.

Disclaimer: Our birds have been averaging a little heavier than normal. Our webstore allows you to select a weight preference and that will reflect in your estimate. We do our best to accommodate all size requests, but we do not have control over the birds selected for cuts/cut whole birds during processing. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out.
