Update...today I made yet another trip to Anne Arundel permit office. Answers never the same. Permits finalized and approved for install of updated fire suppression system. Now they want me to pay an impact fee for an addition. Apparently when I installed new siding on the front almost 5 years ago, it created an ‘addition’. No one has been able to produce a written zoning code that says when u put siding on a pre existing front porch with a roof, walls shingles and foundation, it becomes an addition. I have requested records...and we wait.

The County is mandating changes to Countryside Deli & Grille! We need a new hood and fire suppression system. We DON'T want to close our doors!! We LOVE our customers and want to do what we can to continue to serve our comfort foods. But we need your help! We are looking for contributions...
