❤️🤍💙 Memorial Day has never really been “happy.”
It’s about remembering the brave men and women who gave everything for freedoms we often take for granted. It’s honoring families who have an empty seat at the table every single day because someone they loved chose service and sacrifice. The children who lost a parent. The individuals who lost a spouse. The parents who lost a child.

Many of us will gather this weekend with family, grill food, laugh, and enjoy the long weekend but may we also pause for a moment of gratitude and remembrance.

Freedom was never free.

Today we honor the fallen, remember their sacrifice, and hold close the families who continue to carry that loss. 🇺🇸
