Ridgeland Farm Farming: Farm Fresh Produce Pure New Hampshire Maple Syrup We are a family owned and operated farm in Loudon NH.

From what we can tell "Ridgeland" was the first name used to represent the farm back in the 1800's. Our goal is to keep the history of this farm alive which dates back to 1773. We make pure maple syrup here on the farm in the spring and grow our own produce here on the farm in the summer. We offer a wide arrange of maple product throughout the year and some special goodies on maple weekend which i

s in March. In the summer we offer most everything you can find in the produce aisle at the grocery store freshly picked and available at our farm stand which is open daily!

Final boil of the season today. Was another crazy year with many ups and downs and lots of plans made for next season! Now the cleanup begins! Thanks to everyone who came out and supported us this year! We are already looking forward to next year! Now it’s on to planting crops! 🌽 🍅 🥬 🥒

A glimpse of the magic in the kitchen this weekend- time lapse condenses about 15mins into 30sec. Before this step is about 1.5 hours of dough rising, and another hour afterward to make those beautiful, fluffy, delicious pinwheels. Each one curated with love for our favorite maple fans! ❤️

Our son was asking if we “mass produce” anything for maple weekend, and I paused for a second before answering. We do make large quantities of our baked goods, and though it feels like I’m mass-producing at times, it’s not really. Everything is made in small batches, sometimes doubled but still small enough to hand-cut every cinnamon roll and box of fudge, glaze each and every cookie, and package every ounce of granola by hand. It’s these details that make us proud to serve you truly homemade maple treats, and we hope you taste the difference!
