Grandpa's Farm is now closed for blueberry picking for the 2026 season. It has been an amazing season made possible by you our incredible customers.

Just over 3 months and (1) the leaves will be long gone, (2) we will likely see some snow, and (3) our wreaths and Christmas Trees will be on sale along with complimentary hot cocoa, cookies, and candy canes! Something great to look forward to.

We need many more pickers!

So, let's have a sale! For the rest of the season, blueberries are only $3.75 per pound. Blueberries freeze very well. Have them all winter long.

We are open 7 am to dark and take cash, check, and Venmo.

MOUNT WASHINGTON TO DISPLAY THE SPOT LIGHTS USED IN 9/11 “25th Anniversary” REMEMBRANCE

This year, in honor and remembrance of 9/11, the two lights used at Ground Zero in NYC are going to be placed on top of Mt. Washington.

These beams of light shine high into the sky, representing the Twin Towers.

They will be illuminated Sept. 9th-12th, 2026 from 8pm to 3am each night.

Weather depending, these lights should be visible for miles and miles. Making this a fantastic tribute to the lives lost and the countless more lives impacted by that day.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of 9/11, a day that continues to resonate across generations. Update courtesy Twin Mountain Fire

The Blue Crop blueberries are approaching their peak production! They clusters of big blueberries like I have never seen before! The bumblebees really did a great job pollinating this spring.

We have jams and pre-picked pints in the cooler.

PYO are $4.75 per lb and pre-picked pints are $6.50. We take cash, check, or Venmo. You will find us open at 6 am in the cool of the day and we close the field at dusk.

If it is more convenient to drive down to the field please do!

Remember, you can always drive down the the lower field if it is easier for you!

Grandpa's Farm is open 6 AM until dusk to make it very convenient for you.

We also have pre-picked berries available in the cooler along with a variety of jams just made by Grammy!

Yesterday we saw a lot of pickers!! Thank you.

When I opened up this morning I decided to walk through to see how the berries looked. Just amazing! Even with a great group of pickers yesterday, it looks like they haven't even been touched!!!

Some of the best picking right now is in the Spartan variety!

We will be open today until dusk!

HINT - When you head to the field to pick, head farther from the road. Most people start on the road so there are more berries farther down the row.

Picking right now is some of the best we've ever seen. For shorter walks, pick in the upper field near the road or if you have trouble walking, simply drive your car to the lower field.

Among our pickers yesterday was a group of highly skilled and energetic pickers.

The blueberries are looking amazing. The summer is looking HOT! So... I will have the fields open at 6 am from here on...

The blueberries are looking amazing. The summer is looking HOT! So... I will have the fields open at 6 am from here on out. The weather looks dry (for the most part). And the weather tomorrow and Sunday looks excellent! Here is a picture of the Dukes!
