***WE ARE HIRING***
Do you have what it takes?

Bullseye Custom Meats, LLC is currently looking to hire someone part time with some additional hours as needed which could turn into the opportunity for full time eventually. This person must be able to do the following:
(Looks like alot of "Must" but we are very thourough)

-Must be a minimum age of 18 (Due to knifes and slicers)
-Must be able to work alone and unsupervised (once you learn how we like things to be done)
-Must have a clean "food service" appearance
-Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
-Must be able to be on your feet throughout your shift
-Must be able to work approximately 330pm to close and Sundays are a must (900 to 600 and leave once everything is cleaned and sanitized from the day)
-You are expected to show up to your shift 15 minutes early
-Must be comfortable cutting and breaking down whole whole portions of beef into steaks as well as using the grinder and other "tools" for the job
-Understand that this can be a fast pace demand at times
-Be able to use and POS
-Most of all you must enjoy your job and understand customer satisfaction!!!

These are some of the top things we are looking for in the right person. We are looking for someone that has experience or some sort of experience in the butcher shop or meat cutting industry and/or can learn very quickly as well as someone who can work on their own with little to no guidance and as mentioned unsupervised.

If you have management skills, We'd like to talk to you as well!!!!

Each candidates application will be accepted and then reviewed. We are looking to hire immediately.
Pay will be based on a case by case basis and experience.

The brisket sausage was a big hit last week so I just put out a new batch!!

Also freshly made brisket burgers!

We also have fresh chicken tenders (not seasoned or coated) at 3.99/ lb while supplies last!
