Calving season has begun! This year our first time heifers were bred to our dun Belted Galloway bull. Apparently the coloring is dominant as well as the belt. We also had an angus calf born today too.

2) Sizzle and Smoke Collection - Cuts that are a little higher in fat smoke beautifully. The low and slow smoked method yeilds a soft, highly palatable bite with hints of smoky flavor. This box features 20lbs of untrimmed brisket, chuck roasts and short ribs. $230

3) Pup Lovers Box - This box is perfect for our furry friends. 25lbs of grass-fed assorted organ meats and beef bones. After some intense heat for days, the wildest lightning storm came through last night and struck this hollow tree in the middle of one of our pastures. Nothing terrible or devastating but I called the fire department out of caution so it wouldn’t spread.
