🥬 Fresh-picked and market ready!

We’ll be at Lawrence County Farmers Market tomorrow starting at 9:00 AM with cabbage and beets, straight from the garden.

Fun fact: According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, July 4th and 5th are the best days to make sauerkraut, so if you’ve been thinking about making a batch, tomorrow is the perfect time to pick up a head of cabbage or two!
Come see us, stock up on fresh, locally grown produce, and support your local farmers. We can’t wait to see everyone!

It’s boiling day!!! 🍁🥞

Well… 👀 we can finally share what we’ve been working on….
This year, we’re tapping trees and making our own maple syrup!🍁🥞

This a first for us, and we’re excited to learn as we go. We love finding new ways to use what’s right here on our farm, and this one just feels extra special and sweet!

Right now, we have over 40 taps out — and we’re still adding more. We’ve already collected over 10 gallons of sap, and we’re just getting started!
