People always ask me for recipes or for applications for each sauce. So here:

- Peach Fuego: Loves pork and chicken. Pour it on a baked brie. Cut it half and half with butter and toss wings and throw them on the grill, it will caramelize real nicely. Brush it on any pork or chicken while you are grilling. This one is very good for cooking with as well as adding to your eggs or tacos.

- Pineapple Chipotle: This guy is pretty universal, throw it on your tacos, your carnitas, your BBQ'd anything, add it to your store brand salsa and say it's your own creation! Sweet but super smokey and a nice high-medium heat.

- Pedant: This one is your more traditional pepper flavored hot sauce. It's a high-medium heat, won't hurt you but it will let you know it's there! Again, put it on anything, your eggs, hot-dogs, BBQ'd squirrel, road kill, whatever you got this will make it better!

If you BBQ some squirrel with my sauce you are contractually required to invite me over for some. You have been notified, this is a binding contract.

Soldiers ready for battle boys. Lets goooooo Pedant!

This is our favorite sauce now, I love it, I keep a huge jug of this stuff on hand at all times its so good and so universally applicable. It's a high-medium heat and packed with pepper flavor. Come get it. Best of the best.
