Thanksgiving Turkey Pre-Orders Are NOW OPEN!

It may still feel like summer, but Thanksgiving will be here before you know it! If you're planning your holiday meal, now is the perfect time to reserve your farm-fresh turkey.

Our turkeys are raised with care and processed just before Thanksgiving, so they'll be delivered fresh, never frozen. That means no thawing for days—you'll have a turkey that's ready to season and cook for your holiday meal.

We have two options available:
🦃 Whole Turkeys: Approximately 10–20 lbs
🦃 Half Turkeys: Approximately 7–12 lbs, perfect for smaller families or gatherings.

Your turkey will be available on Tuesday, November 24 with your choice of:
• Home delivery
• Farm pickup

If you have a preferred size within the weight range, simply leave your request in the comments at checkout. While we can't guarantee an exact weight, we'll do our best to accommodate your preference.

Because our turkeys are raised in limited numbers, pre-orders are first come, first served.

One of our most requested products has finally been restocked. Our pasture-raised, hickory smoked bacon is back and ready for your next breakfast, BLT, burger, or favorite recipe.

We also have hog jowl bacon available for those who love rich, traditional flavor. It's a Southern classic that's perfect for breakfast or seasoning beans, greens, and soups.

Because our pork is raised and processed in small batches, bacon isn't always available year-round. If you've been waiting for it to come back in stock, now is a great time to stock your freezer.

We get this question a lot, so here’s a simple breakdown to help you decide what works best for your table.

Cornish Hen (2–4 lbs each) A Cornish hen is a smaller whole bird, perfect for individual servings or intimate meals. Each hen is naturally portioned, making it easy to serve one bird per person or split between two. They roast quickly, develop beautifully crispy skin, and make a great option for special dinners, date nights, or smaller households.
