✨ Just in from Blue Meadow Beef are two exceptional sides of beef! The butchers have been hard at work breaking them down and you’ll be able to catch cuts from this local Henry County farm in the cases soon! ✨
🥩 Whole animal butchery is kinda our thing, here at Red Hog. Our local farmers sell us the animal knowing the whole animal will be utilized. It’s during this process that the butchers form a connection with the animal, striving to use every bit of the meat and be mindful of the future of the animal. We take pride in being Louisville’s only whole animal butchery retail shop and not only respect the animals that feed us but provide our communities with the opportunity to experience and celebrate what Kentucky’s farmland has to offer. All chickens are from local farms Blue Meadow, River Crest, and Barr Farms!

Fire up the grill, it’s Memorial Day Weekend! We have loaded the butcher cases with local cuts of beef and pork and just finished a fresh batch of sausages! Local produce can be found in the coolers along with our grab and go goodies! The butcher will be open Friday until 6 and Saturday from 9am until 4pm.
