Equal parts Mary Dowling Winter Wheat, Aperol, Amaro Nonino and lemon. A classic bourbon cocktail with a little more backbone.

Celebrate National Margarita Day with a Dowling Daisy 🌼

Ingredients:
• 2 oz Mary Dowling Tequila Barrel Bourbon
• 3/4 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
• 1/2 oz agave nectar
• 8 drops Bitterman’s Xocolotl Mole Bitters
• Tajín, for ri***ng
• Lime slice, for garnish

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass, partially rimmed with Tajín.
Garnish with a fresh lime slice.

You need a steady pour, taken warm, felt from the inside out.

Mary Dowling Winter Wheat Hot Toddy

- 2 oz Mary Dowling Winter Wheat Bourbon
- ¾ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- Hot water to top

Build in a heatproof glass. Stir gently.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and star anise (optional).
