Fall is here, so you can find me at Barn 8 Restaurant enjoying seasonal flavors and all the moody fall vibes at Hermitage Farm 🍂

I recently joined them for their Common Ground Dinner series, featuring a four-course menu with drink pairings for each course. Our dinner was in collaboration with Fischer Farms, and the Fischer family was there to share more about the people and ingredients behind the meal.

The food was incredible, from the beef tartare to the pork belly to the steak 😍 Such a fun way to experience what’s in season and learn more about the local farms behind it all. Who’s joining me at the next Common Ground Dinner??
