This is one of beloved rotating pilsners, and this batch is firing on ALL CYLINDERS. Come try it at the height of its freshness and cool guy factorability.

🏟️Ultra Pils🏟️
Kellerpils – 4.7%

Soccer? Futbol? Depends who you ask, but we can all agree that the vibrations are in the air for some international camaraderie and we’re joining the festivities with a BANGER of a release. Ultra Pils is here for the Ultras repping their countries near and far, and to celebrate the occasion, we’ll be slinging Ultra Pils LITERS for $10 anytime soccer is playing in our taprooms. It’s go time y’all.

Brewed with Bamberg Pilsner malt and a touch of dextrin. Mash hopped with Hallertau Mittlefruh and gently kettle hopped with Tettnang. Fermented low and slow with our favorite lager yeast and spunded for natural carbonation.

As Kellerpils translates to “Cellar Pilsner” or “Tank Beer”, we moved the liquid to lager in a brite tank for a very short time before racking to cans and kegs.

A lightly hazy pour with a dense creamy head. Aromatics of sourdough bread and fresh cut flowers. It’s got a crisp and clean palate with gentle flavors of golden grahams, lemon zest, and doughy pilsner malt.

THIS SUCKER A BEAUT Y’ALL. Opossum’s Cant Read is back with a new double dry hopped twist! We brew this crowd favorite NEIPA with loads of fluffy oats, and a touch of wheat. Dry hopped with Galaxy and Strata, and then DOUBLE DRY HOPPED with a new product from that we are super geeked about – Strata CGX NUVO.

CGX NUVO are basically hops frozen in time. Picked at their peak ripeness, immediately flash frozen, and cryogenically processed. Delivering peak harvest intensity and fresh hop character year-round.

We get intense aromatics of tropical guava, orange peel, mango smoothie, and POG juice. A suuuper soft and round palate expressing notes of fresh strawberry, passionfruit, pineapple candy, and orange dreamsicle.
