Sinclair Smoked Salmon had a great experience sharing our story at the Kentucky State Fair’s Cooking Stage this afternoon! Special thanks to for the invitation, and to Angela Caporelli, our state Aquaculture Director, for assisting the two Coopers with the prepping of our dishes. We had such a great turnout this year that there was barely enough smoked salmon to feed the crowd. , thanks for backing up your old man!

2023 will be our 3RD Year at the Kentucky State Fair’s “Farm to Fair” Cooking Stage! Coop SR will be pairing SSS alongside local produce with the help of Angela Caporelli, Aquaculture Director for the KY Dept. of Agriculture. Support the KY State Fair and the Commonwealth’s agricultural industry by attending this year’s showcase on Sunday, Aug.20th. Sinclair Smoked Salmon’s presentation begins at 3:30pm.
