This is what Farmer Ken had for lunch on the farm today! Baked Satina potato (so fluffy!) and chunky gazpacho made with nine (9!) types of cherry tomatoes and our easy on the stomach European cucumbers!

Farmer Ken has pulled all of the onions and garlic and now they are all drying in the barn! Quite the climber, Ken has created more surface for drying by laying out wire mesh in the rafters of his family's old to***co barn.
