Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Korean chili paste (gochujang)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups water
Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Steps:

In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
Add in the chopped onion, minced garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened.
Stir in the Korean chili paste, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Pour in the water and bring the chili to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the chili hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped green onions
8 soft taco shells
Shredded lettuce
Steps:

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, garlic powder, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and water.
Pour the sauce mixture over the ground beef and stir to combine.
Add in the chopped green onions and stir again.
Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the beef is fully cooked.

Ingredients:

1 pound beef sirloin or rib eye, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 green onions, chopped
Directions:

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, rice vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Add the thinly sliced beef to the bowl and toss to coat it evenly in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours).
In a large skillet or wok, heat up a bit of oil over high heat. Add the thinly sliced onion and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Korean Burritos Recipe 🌯🌶️🇰🇷

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or pork
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup water
Flour tortillas
Cooked rice
Kimchi
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
Sour cream (optional)
Directions:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil and ground meat. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and water. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the meat and stir to combine. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Warm up flour tortillas according to package directions.
To assemble the burritos, place a spoonful of cooked rice in the center of each tortilla, followed by a spoonful of the Korean meat mixture. Add a scoop of kimchi, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese on top.
Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then fold in the sides to create a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Optional: serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.

Fusion Frenzy: Korean BBQ American Southern Burger or Chicken Breast Recipe
Ingredients:
• 4 hamburger patties or 4 chicken breasts
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 tbsp gochujang
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp ginger, grated
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 4 brioche buns or 4 lettuce leaves
• Toppings: red onion, pickles, jalapeno, Sriracha mayo
Instructions:
1. Whisk soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, vinegar, ginger.
2. Season burger patties or marinate chicken in mixture from step 1.
3. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Cook patties 4-5 min/side or chicken 6-7 min/side.
5. Toast buns or prepare lettuce.
6. Assemble with toppings, enjoy.

Korean BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless pork shoulder
1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Slider buns
Optional toppings: sliced pickles, sliced onion, coleslaw
Instructions:

1. Mix together the marinade ingredients (gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, chili powder, and black pepper) in a bowl.
2. Place pork shoulder in a plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 325°F and bake the pork for 2-3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F.
4. After 10 minutes of cooling, shred the pork into bite-sized pieces.
5. In a saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a boil and add the shredded pork. Stir to evenly coat the pork with the sauce.
6. Serve the pulled pork on slider buns and top with pickles, onion, and coleslaw.
