I made strawberry preserves this morning. They’ll be out on the stand tomorrow morning. I use Superb Canning lids. Recently we were in Ohio and they graciously gave us a tour of the manufacturing facility. They are great people with a great product!

We had a great opening day! Thank you all for coming out. We’ll have more stuff added each week as veggies come in. The English Muffins went so fast this morning I’m making another batch for tomorrow! Previously I posted we would not open Saturday. Apparently the squash and zucchini heard me. I’m now swimming in them. We’re going to open tomorrow. I’ll have squash, broccoli, zucchini, cabbage, Amish tomatoes (heirloom and red) beets, garlic scapes, sourdough bread and sourdough English muffins. A few other things…. We planned on opening this weekend but the cool rainy weather has slowed down our veggies. We’ll probably be swimming in zucchini by Monday…. We’ll open as soon as we possibly can. Watch here for updates.
