It features a nose of snickerdoodle, buttery dough, melted chocolate chips, and confectionary sugar. The palate offer notes of molasses, smoked honey, cinnamon sugar, and warm butter with a finish highlighting baking spices.

Our team hand selects barrels with prominent grain, fruit, and herbaceous notes that are complemented well by extra oak and barrel character. These selections are re-barreled into a new barrel for additional aging.

Exposing Peerless Bourbon to two separate casks allows for two full barrel extractions. The result? Supercharged notes give this whiskey supreme complexity and mouthfeel.

This ultimately makes for a population of barrels that are packed with flavor, yet balanced enough to uphold the Peerless name.

Ingredients
2 oz Peerlessยฎ Bourbon (Bacon Fat-Washed)5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice5 oz Hot Sauce
2 oz Peerlessยฎ Bloody Mary Mix
Bourbon Smoked Black Pepper
2 dashes Lemon Bitters

For Garnish
Hot Honey
Bourbon Smoked Black Pepper
Blue Cheese-Stuffed Olive
Steak Bite
Seasoned Red Potato

Method
Rim glass with hot honey and smoked pepper.
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake until cold and pour into a glass.
Garnish with blue cheese-stuffed olive, steak bite, and seasoned red potato.

We want to thank you all for your part in making the release of our first 10-year-old Bourbon so successful. We have been overwhelmed by the support, interest, and praise.

Henry Kraverโ€™s Old Reserve 10-year Bourbon was released at Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. on April 22, 2026. After selling out at the distillery, the release has made a splash, with many naming it in their Top Bourbon list for the year.

The 10-year-old Bourbon was officially awarded Double Platinum in the 2026 . The tasting panel describes it as โ€œToasty oak aromas, backed up by blackberry and cherry notes. Nice sweetness on the palate with sweet oak and vanilla custard that transitions to a long, lingering finish. Nice creamy viscous mouthfeel. This is what whiskey should be!โ€
