Here’s the recipe from Ryan’s Queso which was so NOM NOM NOM ! 🌶️ Chorizo Queso Dip
Ingredients
* 1 package (14 oz) Boulder Sausage Co. Chorizo
* 8 oz White American cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
* 8 oz Pepper Jack cheese, freshly grated
* 4 oz Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar, finely grated
* ¾ cup evaporated milk, plus 2–4 tbsp extra to adjust thickness
* ½ small yellow onion, finely diced
* 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 can (10 oz) Ro-Tel, drained
* 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
* Juice of ½ lime

We may have had the BEST time yet at Louisville Chamber of Commerce Pints in the Park yesterday 🍻

Over 1000 smiling people came from near and far to fill their cups with local b**rs, ciders, seltzers, cocktails, and NA drinks.

Luckily great sausage goes perfectly with good times!

Thank you to all gazillion people who snacked with us, laughed with us, and told us how much of a part Boulder Sausage played in their meals. We are so glad we met you all and grateful for such loyal (and FUN!) customers like you 🎉
