Magical 30-Minute Dorito Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes (with green chilies)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or nacho cheese soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 large bag nacho cheese Doritos (crushed slightly)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
Add taco seasoning and Rotel; simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in soup and sour cream until creamy and combined.
Layer half the crushed Doritos in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the chips.
Top with shredded cheese and remaining Doritos.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Chicken Enchiladas 🌮🧀
This Easy Queso Chicken Enchiladas recipe from deesviral is cheesy, creamy, and the perfect Tex-Mex comfort food. Tender chicken rolled in soft tortillas and smothered in silky queso sauce makes this dish a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
• Eight burrito-size flour tortillas
• Three cups shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works perfectly)
• Two cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
• One cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
• One cup heavy cream (or milk for lighter version)
• One can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
• One tablespoon taco seasoning
• Half teaspoon garlic powder
• Half teaspoon cumin
• Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1. Make queso – In a saucepan, melt Velveeta with heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in Rotel, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and cumin. Simmer until smooth and creamy.
2. Assemble enchiladas – Lay tortillas flat. Fill each with shredded chicken and a spoonful of queso. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Delicious appetizer verrines with candied cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil. A refined Italian recipe that combines the sweetness of caramelized tomatoes with the freshness of mozzarella, perfect for wowing your guests at a cocktail reception.

Ingredients
300g cherry tomatoes, firm and fragrant
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch caster sugar
Fleur de sel
Freshly ground black pepper
150g buffalo mozzarella or burrata
6 fresh basil leaves, plump and fragrant
Balsamic cream, optional for finishing

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Wash and gently dry the cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half widthwise.
Arrange the tomato halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil, sugar, fleur de sel, and pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until lightly caramelized. Let cool completely.
Drain the mozzarella and cut it into irregular 1-2 cm cubes. Season lightly with olive oil and fleur de sel.

Place the mozzarella in the bottom of the glasses and drizzle with 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil to create a golden brown layer.
Add 3-4 sun-dried tomato halves per glass, then top with the remaining mozzarella.
Tear the fresh basil over the glasses and arrange gently. Add a few drops of balsamic cream if desired.
Chill for 15-30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

Ingredients
2 pounds ripe Roma tomatoes, halved lengthwise
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)
Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the oven rack in the middle position.
Prepare the Tomatoes: Wash the Roma tomatoes and halve them lengthwise.

Mince the Garlic: Mince the garlic cloves finely.

Best Crab Rangoon

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz lump crab meat (or imitation crab), finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
20–24 wonton wrappers
1 egg beaten, for sealing
oil for frying

Instructions:
Make Filling:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.

Fill Wontons:
Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush edges with beaten egg. Fold into a triangle or bring all corners to the center and pinch tightly to seal.

Fry:
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
Fry a few wontons at a time for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Baked:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Assemble Rangoons as usual. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking oil for crispiness. Bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden brown.

Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes. Assemble Rangoons and lightly brush or spray with oil. Place in a single layer (don’t overcrowd). Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
