Mezcal Tosba Mezcal Tosba embodies the prevailing spirit of the Zapotec culture as a visionary that transcends beyond tradition.

Mezcal Tosba joven is made from 100% Agave Espadín, cultivated using ancestral
methods inherited by past generations of farmers in the region of Cajones-Villa Alta of the Juárez Sierra, better known for its folkloric traditions, cuisine and mezcal production. The altitude, soil, spring water and expert care of the agaveros define the unique flavor characteristics of Mezcal Tosba, which is double distilled in a mixed still (copper pot, column, and hood with a stainless steel condenser). The robust aromas lead with citrus and discrete smokey notes, which give Mezcal Tosba a defined character, making it a perfect mezcal to savor and enjoy. With its origins dating back to the past century, Mezcal Tosba was created by two young immigrants who shared the dream of rescuing the tradition of mezcal production in their hometown and region, located in the Juárez Sierra in the state of Oaxaca. Mezcal Tosba is certified by COMERCAM (Consejo Mexicano Regulador de la Calidad deMezcal). Mezcal Tosba Joven es un mezcal 100% de agave espadín, que se cultiva rescatando métodos ancestrales de siembra y destilación heredados por generaciones de agricultores de la región Cajonos-Villa Alta de la Sierra Juárez muy conocida por sus sones y jarabes, gastronomía y por el exquisito sabor de sus mezcales. La altitud, el tipo de suelo de la región, agua de manantial y el cuidado de los expertos agaveros definen las características únicas en el sabor de Mezcal Tosba el cual se obtiene de dos destilaciones en un alambique mixto (olla de cobre, montera, turbante y serpentina de acero inoxidable). Con discretas notas ahumadas, frutas y robusto aroma de agave Mezcal Tosba tiene un carácter definido lo cual lo convierte en un mezcal para disfrutarse. Con sus orígenes a finales del siglo pasado, Mezcal Tosba es creado por dos jóvenes migrantes que ven en un sueño rescatar la producción de mezcal en su región de origen en la sierra Juárez en el estado de Oaxaca. Mezcal Tosba invoca el espíritu indígena zapoteca combatiente de tradiciones ancestrales, pasando por el mundo moderno de tendencias y como visionario va más allá de la tradición. Mezcal Tosba busca posicionarse como una bebida única para los paladares más excéntricos y refinados. Mezcal Tosba esta certificado por el Consejo Mexicano Regulador de la Calidad de Mezcal, organismo autorizado por el gobierno mexicano para vigilancia de la Norma Oficial Mexicana de Mezcal.
