Last call for tickets to the Old Carter Dinner at in Bardstown, KY.
The night starts with an Old Sport barrel pick selected by The Trail. This four course dinner will feature 3 Carter Cellars wines, including one of our 100 point wines, and a Chenin Blanc from Mark's winery, Envy. We'll be toasting the end of the evening with one of the latest Old Carter American Wh***eys.

We are so happy and proud about this release. 21 year double barreled single barrel. Two really beautiful barrels.
Almost 22 years old but it was so delicious already that we decided to bottle it now.

Georgia, we’ve got a new one headed your way.

GA-5 is our fifth distributor exclusive for the state, and this one turned out pretty special. It’s a very small batch blend with a portion of it double barreled in new charred American oak.

123 proof, barrel strength and unfiltered, like always.

We’re getting vanilla sugar and cream on the nose, with orange oil, some woodsy notes and candied ginger on the palate. Then a nice warmth that just keeps building on the finish.

We’ve really been enjoying this one and are happy to finally get it out there.

The summer is coming to a close, Labor Day weekend is here.

MA-2 is starting to make its way out in Massachusetts.

This is our second distributor exclusive for the state. An eight barrel bourbon blend, roughly 8 to 11 years old, with a portion double barreled in new charred American oak.

126 proof, barrel strength and unfiltered. 1,164 bottles total.

Soft oak on the nose with chicory and chocolate coming through on the palate. If finishes with a subtle sticky sweet bun to round it out. We really like how this one came together.

New releases and new states…

One of our favorite parts of what we do is sharing releases like this. Small Batch 18 is a blend of 10-year-old wh***ey coming in at a bold 128.6 proof. Part of the blend was double-barreled in new charred oak, and as always, it's barrel strength and unfiltered.

Expect notes of smoked honey, dark caramelized corn sugar, and a rich, full-bodied finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.
