If you can still see the griddle, you didn’t make enough nachos…
This is half chicken, half ground beef with lots of cheese, pico, pickled onions, black beans, jalapeños, cilantro, guacamole, sour cream, and green onions.
A little tip if you try it: cover the grease trap with foil before building your nachos and melt the cheese before adding the cold toppings.
When I say I use my Blackstone constantly, I mean constantly. I’ll find any excuse to cook outside. There’s just something about a summer evening, a deck full of food, and everyone gathering around waiting for the first plate….which we hardly even use. Kabobs? We grab and eat right off of the griddle, same with Philly cheesesteaks and these! 😂🔥
