This is such a neat representation of micro climates. I was so happy to see all these beans still safe on the trellis despite everything exposed being frost damaged

These KinderCrisp apples may be not picture perfect in the way that we are used to from the super market. But I know for the last 8 years they have never been sprayed with anything. The soil around them has only been amended with homemade compost and woodchips. If a big doesn't want to eat it.... do you?? These blemishes apples can't be stored whole but I have yummy applesauce cooking now.

I hope this isn't going to make you dizzy but this is a 3 year old bed that is 6 x 80 feet that I have been working on taming. The espalier aples and pears are a little older and have been neglected the last couple of years. But I am tempting to train them while fixing some mistakes. So cool what can happen in even a young food forest

Nothing cooler then getting a customer/ friends picture to see what a baby plant from my nursery becomes in a few years. I do have elderberry plants available to get a head start in your elderberry production. Thanks Jen from Jennifer
