The first day of fall calls for cozy seasonal flavors with our Bone-In Pork Chop.

Cast-iron seared and served with a red w**e vinegar and blackberry gastrique, topped with apple slaw, and accompanied by sweet potato purée and wilted baby bok choy.

We’re making the most of our end-of-summer tomatoes with this week’s dinner special: Creamy Polenta & Braised Italian Sausage.

Made with Lotsa Pasta mild sausage, peppers and onions in a red sauce featuring tomatoes from our garden. Served over creamy polenta and finished with a red w**e vinegar gremolata.

Our September W**e of the Month is our Serata Super Tuscan blend! This Louisville favorite is heavy on Sangiovese, blended with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
