Lovingood Springs Farm is an agricultural and recreational company created to maintain a family farm and help protect and preserve our rural environment. The owner lives on the farm, the best veterinarian, Countryside Vet, is less than a mile away, easy access to interstates, and it sits at the foothills of the Smoky's communities of Alcoa and Maryville. The farm has been in the family dating to

my grandfather. The original homestead is still standing with a farmhouse, smokehouse and cantilever barn all built in 1902. We are able to ride on neighbors land and that access provides most all the trail experiences that you could encounter on an east Tennessee ride.

Our Story

Lovingood Springs Farm is an equestrian boarding facility offering premiere and personal care for you and your horse. We are prepared for all sorts of needs such as overnight stays, trail lessons and riding, fine tuning horse performance, spiritual inspiration with the assistance of mother nature.

We offer high end horse care. The owner lives on the farm, the best veterinarian, Countryside Vet, is less than a mile away, easy access to interstates, and it sits at the Foothills of the Smoky's communities of Alcoa and Maryville. We offer private trail riding access to about 300 acres. Recently we have welcomed may riders who belong to the Tennessee Valley Hunt. They are a great group of horse lovers and a great asset to the farm. The farm has been in the family dating to my grandfather.
