You guys may have seen some stories I posted from a great demo and dinner I did over the weekend. One of the best things that comes from these dinners is some extra great ingredients. Here I have homemade ricotta gnudi (gnocchi but instead of potato made with ricotta,) made with ricotta I made, some cooked down farmers market tomatoes, a ricotta filling with spinach I made for some ravioli, homemade pesto, burrata and of course the best: parmigiano reggiano. Now, please pardon me while I inhale this perfect peak season dish!!

This past weekend I prepared another great dinner, this time for a 40th birthday! You know what wasn’t successful? The taking of pictures! I must get better at this aspect of my business. I get in the zone taking care of the great food and get caught up in the atmosphere of the evening! Trust me though, Drew Cooks Lou is all the rage and people are loving it!
