🥃🍾We’re down to the final bottles of two pretty special releases available online!

☝️6-Year Single Barrel American Single Malt Art Series
61.5% ABV | 123 Proof

A six-year single barrel aged in first-use medium-char American white oak, with notes of dark cherry, toasted grain, cocoa and baking spice. The bottle features original artwork by Loveland artist Mallory Cash, inspired by the view of Longs Peak from the Root Shoot malthouse window.

✌️Heritage Grain Wheated Bourbon
47% ABV | 94 Proof

Our debut bourbon in collab with Colorado Craft Distillery, made entirely from grains grown on Olander Farms: 75% Abenaki heritage corn, 15% Oland heritage wheat and 10% Root Shoot Light Munich malt. Four years old, one single barrel, and a pretty special expression of our farm and its heritage grains.

Very few bottles of each remain online for out-of-state folks. Colorado friends, The Family Jones will have a handful of the Heritage Bourbon available starting in November at the Cherry Creek Holiday Market! 🎄

When they’re gone, they’re gone. 🥃

A couple of years ago, I was very impressed with Root Shoot Spirits inaugural wh***ey. They’re back with some limited editions: a 6-Year American Single Malt and a 4-Year Palisade Peach Finished one, too. Please check out my review.
