We are thrilled to announce that FrontRange H2O has officially closed on its acquisition of non-tributary groundwater rights from the Lazy D Grazing Association, Inc.! This is a major step forward for The Vita H2O Project™, securing a reliable and drought-resilient water supply for northern Colorado.

With this acquisition, FrontRange H2O now holds an additional 19,466 acre-feet per year of fully-decreed, reusable groundwater sourced from the Upper Laramie Aquifer. This strategic acquisition strengthens our ability to deliver water in times of drought, ensuring that our communities continue to thrive.

We are excited to announce that FrontRange H2O, the developer of The Vita H2O Project™, has acquired control of substantial non-tributary groundwater rights from the Lazy D Grazing Association, Inc. (the Lazy D), a ranching association with more than 25,000 acres in northern Weld County, Colorado.
