The company was built by people who have a personal connection to the business: We have children that suffer from allergies and have other dietary restrictions that create a real burden on them and even threaten their lives. Free to Eat products currently includes baked goods and puffed/popped snacks. Our Free to Eat Cookies are available as both traditional soft-baked and crunchy mini crunchy cookies and come in a variety of flavors such as Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Red Velvet, Oatmeal Raisin, Salted Caramel, and Confetti. Our Free to Eat Ancient Grain Pops aka "no corn popcorn" is a light, crunchy snack that looks and tastes like popcorn but is actually puffed ancient grains that are better for you and better for the planet (e.g. more sustainable crops that require less water to grow). Our Free to Eat Pops are also allergen friendly (e.g. vegan, gluten free, dairy free) and and come in a variety of flavors such as Cheddar, Butter, Kettle, and Spicy Pickle. Here is my HONEST review of the chocolate chip cookies.
Taste: They are really sweet but I actually love that. They are cookies, not a salad. However I know people who avoid sugar may find them sweet.
Texture: Soft but with a good consistency. Not as soft as made good brand soft baked cookies. Not as crispy as a freshly baked one. Not too crumbly at all. Just what you would expect from a perfectly baked cookie. So texture is perfect to us.
Shape: They are thin, and while I personally like chunky cookies these are perfect for kids snacks.

✅ Free from the top 9 allergens — no dairy, egg, peanut, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, or sesame. They are also Kosher U!
✅ Baked in a dedicated gluten-free & allergy friendly facility.
✅ Vegan, non-GMO, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives

Disclaimer: Because transparency and honesty are my main principles and what the allergy community needs I want to let you guys know that Free To Eat decided to send us these of their own free will to spoil my little girl. One of my main goal is to spread allergy awareness and support brands that care enough to make sure we have safe snacks that we can purchase. So that they can continue to care for us.

Spotted in Whole Foods Market!

Our boxes are small and can be hard to find in stores. And we are a small company so sometimes our products are way up high or down low on the shelves. But we work hard to get our “free from” products out there…so those who need allergen-free and gluten-free food have absolutely delicious snack options.
