Integrity Farms LLC working on a new model for next year Who is involved in the CSA?

The Elliott family is once again working hard to provide Northern Colorado quality food and homemade wares. Our family participates in farming, making homemade wares and selling at local farmers markets and other wholesale and retail businesses. Integrity Farms is a proud partner of Rabbit Shadow Greenhouse where we are leasing our land and the Old Town Spice Shop on Linden St and will be growing

locally, spices and herbs used in their spice blends. We are working on a program to support the hungry in Northern Colorado and are excited about the possibilities. This year’s planting includes:

Vegetables – peas, beans, broccoli, carrots, corn, cucumber, lettuce, spinach, onions, bell peppers, peppers, radish, zucchini, squash, tomatoes, tomatillos, celery and eggplant. Herbs – basil, oregano, cumin, dill, cilantro, parsley, mint, thyme, chives, chamomile, and lavender. Certain substitutions may be available on a week by week request and are subject to availability.
