King Pappy's Sweet Heat Dry Rub is so versatile. 🔥 Took these Scotch eggs to the next level. Try it today!

📝 What You'll Need:
- King Pappy's Sweet Heat Dry Rub
- 6 Hard-boiled Eggs
- 2 lbs Sausage
- Maple Syrup

🥚 How to Make It:
Boil eggs over high heat and remove shells. Mix sausage and 1/2 cup maple syrup. Divide into even portions and form into balls. Flatten each ball to about 1/4" thick on parchment paper. Place egg in center and mold sausage around the egg with your hands. Sprinkle generously with King Pappy's Dry Rub and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Prepare a smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 1 hour or internal temperature of meat reaches 165 degrees F.

* We recommend using hickory chips in the smoker for this recipe and baking honey cornbread muffins to top it all off!
