This week did not go as I was expecting. I was expecting a slower week since, for a lot of us, our kids are back in school. But after being on vacation & closed for a week, I expected you all to be missing us a little more then you showed 😅🙈🥴 It was a painfully slow week. But we are already receiving some preorders for the upcoming week, so I am hopeful it will be better then this week. Don’t be shy! Whether you’ve previously ordered from us or it’ll be your first time, I look forward to serving you 🤗

Here’s a fun update for y’all! Saucers Pizza is the newest member of Rebel Kitchen Collective!

Ava and Kip started Saucers last year with a simple ethos: Pizza doesn’t need to be reinvented - it needs to be respected. Everything they serve is guided by a belief that great pizza comes from simplicity. Quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and attention to detail create a product that speaks for itself. No shortcuts. No trend-chasing. Just genuine food made with care, purpose, and pride!

You’ll find the Saucers spaceship zooming all over Northern Colorado, but if you’re looking to space out here in the next few days, here’s their upcoming schedule:

8/27: JAX Outdoor Gear Loveland, 11am
8/29: Tour de Fat, 11am
9/05: Crooked Beech Brewing Company brewing, 12pm

Great news, guys! We’re so excited to let the world know that Front Porch Social has chosen to work with us for their commissary support!

Front Porch Social are Northern Colorado’s newest mobile catering and charcuterie event pros! Their cart services are beautiful, fully customizable, and available for hire for your special events!

Exciting news!!
Starting next Thursday the 27th of August. We will now be located in the parking lot of Jax at 2665 W Eisenhower Blvd, Loveland, CO 80537 from 7:30 am till 11:30 am.
We ARE still going to be at Guiry's on 712 E. Eisenhower Blvd Mon, Tues, Weds and Fri for our normal hours.
We are looking into potentially going to Jax on Tuesdays. But we have to get in contact with the Farmers Market for permission.

BIG NEWS!!! Rebel Kitchen Collective is SOOO excited to be working with BAKED as their commissary partner!!!

Baked is an awesome local micro-bakery, committed to making real food with real ingredients! Every creation is custom made in small batches, putting a fresh spin on your classic favorites! Rachael, Baked’s Owner, Baker, and self-proclaimed Tin-Foil-Hat-Wearer’s philosophy is firmly rooted in the belief that local and regional food growing and production is the cornerstone of a healthy community. She says, “I don’t believe sacrificing morals for the dollar and I build my relationships and business on trust, integrity, and honesty.”

Doing things the right way doesn’t have to be stodgy and boring…as you can see by some of her creations! Anyone need a “Blackout Barbie” cake??? 😂

Hog Haven Farm is celebrating their 12th Anniversary, and Chef JB’s is honored to be part of the festivities! We’ll be serving up delicious food at Resolute Brewing Company while supporting an incredible rescue doing amazing work for pigs in Colorado. Join us on August 15 from 11-3 for craft beer, good vibes, and a whole lot of love for the piggies.
