Well, it has been quite some time since I posted on this page. It has been quite a whirlwind of an experience starting my own commercial craft brewery which I have now closed and back to home brewing again. I have been getting some equipment coming in this week and getting excited to brew my first batch of beer in the garage. I will be brewing a Dusseldorf Altbier.

Friday July 19th: Comedy Night! by 970 Comedy featuring John Tole with guest food truck: Blazin' Wood Fired Pizza
Saturday July 20th: Live Music! Provided by Rusty 44 in the afternoon and then the 1st Annual Mr. Dad Bod Competition in the evening with guest food truck: BEDROCK BBQ

What do you do on a day with a spring snow storm? Brew beer! I'm making KoloRad Kolsch.

I have changed up my Case IPA decreasing the caramel malts for a crisper and lighter bear and substituting Warrior hops with Cascade. Have been carbonating the past 3 days and will try my first glass this evening.
