Quick update on availability. My weekends in September are completely booked, but I do have days available during the week. Weekends in October are completely booked, but I do have a few available options throughout the week. My weekends in November are starting to fill up, but I do still have availability. December weekends are already half booked as well as as many dates during the week. If you were looking at any holiday party tables or Boards, please contact me sooner than later. I have been getting a ton of questions about how I structure a grazing table and what the process looks like. Depending on the size of the table, prep work, planning, ex*****on and cleanup it can take me anywhere from 12 hours, up to 30+ hours for tables that are 200+ . I usually start ordering food and designing the layout of a table around 20-30 days before the event. Each table has 2 -2.5oz of meat and 2-2.5oz of gourmet cheese per person on top of antipasto skewers, Caprese skewers, stuffed sweet peppers, fresh breads, fresh fruits etc. That is standard on all of our tables. We plan where everything will go in advance, that way when we show up, we can get in and out has fast as possible. It’s a labor of love. But it’s so much fun to design a table from the start in my office, to the finish when we come back to clean everything up for you. 😍

Did someone say open house? We had the honor of doing this beautiful spread today for an open house. There is some Bonacorsi bruschetta as well as some mini deli sliders and some larger croissant deli sandwiches. The smell in their kitchen was amazing! 🤩

I just checked my calendar and WOW! I am now completely booked for my month of August as well as almost every weekend and weekday for September. If you’re looking to book, please reach out as soon as possible. My October is already starting to fill up as well. And it’s never too early to start thinking about the holiday season and any holiday tables or boards that you might want. The sooner you reserve your spot the better.
