Apparently summer heard us talking about fall and said, "Excuse me, I’m not finished yet.”😂☀️

We’ll kick things off Friday at River Bluff, and then we’re spending the entire Labor Day weekend at Pearl Lake
Saturday, Sunday AND Monday.
Because if summer is fading out soon, we might as well send her off properly. 🏖️

Good. Wholesome. Real Food. 🤎

Last weekend, in the middle of serving at an absolutely beautiful wedding, someone said something to us that has stuck with me all week.

We were told that our food was such a refreshing change from everything else out there.
That we were so unique and different from everyone else.
And THAT. That’s what we’ve always wanted Mama’s to be.
Not the same food you can get everywhere else. Not something pulled from a freezer and dropped in a fryer. Just good, wholesome, real food. The kind we make ourselves, the way we make it for our own family.
We heard the same comments all day, over and over again , and every single one meant more to us than those guests probably realized. 🥹

So we’re heading into this Saturday at Pearl Lake feeling especially grateful and bringing three of our favorites with us:
